Join us at Literacy BC's Fundraising EventsWith your help, Literacy BC will raise awareness about literacy issues and raise funds to support our vital services to adult learners and their families, including direct financial aid and our referral and information service. Improving literacy skills makes a real difference to people's lives. We are committed to ensuring that all British Columbians have access to the basic education they need to get jobs, take care of their families and participate fully in their communities. 2009 PGI Golf Tournament for LiteracyAn incredible $56,000 was raised at the wet and wonderful 19th Annual PGI Golf Tournament for Literacy BC held on July 7, 2009, at the University Golf Course in Vancouver.
