Welcome to Literacy BC
Literacy BC believes that literacy—reading, writing, and strategies for learning—is the foundation of all other skills. With strong literacy, all other knowledge is available. With low literacy, many tasks are difficult. Literacy BC offers training, tools and support to those who work in adult literacy, and informs public debate through research. Our goal is a society in which learning is everywhere, and everyone learns, and everyone teaches.
